As the most popular day tour in Iceland, the Golden Circle is often called “the sample of Iceland” The largest attraction of the Golden Circle is Þingvellir National Park. Þingvellir has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2004. From there we head to the Geysir where it erupts every 5-6 minutes. There is only 8 min drive to our next stop. The ‘Golden Falls’, Gullfoss, is one of the most beautiful and powerful waterfalls in Iceland. We will make an extra stop at Fridheimar farm for an optional lunch.
