About Eldhestar, ehf
Hotel Eldhestar is a cozy countryside hotel situated in the heart of Iceland's south-western area, on Road n°1, about 30 minutes' drive from Reykavík. It features 53 spacious rooms with warm, light-filled restaurant and traditional hot tubs to relax in at the end of the day. The hotel's interior is inspired by the colors and materials found in Icelandic nature, genuine craftsmanship and age-old traditions. It was built in accordance with ecological guidelines and is the first lodging in Iceland to be awarded the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
Our reception desk is open from 7 AM until 10 PM. Self check-in is available from 10 PM if guest contact details are provided in advance.
Our restaurant is open every evening from 6 PM until 8:30 PM and offer a daily menu with fresh and local products.
Our bar is open every evening until 11 PM.
