All of the above is computed from Friends of Moby Dick's own 1 product records, not from a questionnaire. Fleet size and typical group sizes are the figures a comparison table usually shows; Bókun does not carry them, so we would be guessing, and we would rather leave a gap than fill it in.

Loved their whale watching tour, very good guide, very nice boat. Saw a lot - two species of whales (humpbacks and minke whales) on severeal occasions, several dolphins and a lot of puffins, some quite close. Also a lot of other seabirds. Advisable to bring binoculars, if you have!
The provided overalls are waterproof and very warm!

Great whale watching experience! Saw Humpback whales feeding and was given lots of information about the whales during the tour. Our deck hand Maya (spelling?) Was incredible as my wife did not feel well but was checked in on multiple times. Really enjoyed this tour and suggest everyone to try them if interested in Husavik whale watching!

Wonderful afternoon out at the sea doing some whale watching! The guides are friendly and possess a lot of knowledge about the whales, so I was never bored on board even when the whales are shy 😂
The weather is fantastic today and we saw A LOT of whales like more than I imagined. 10/10!

We joined the 3-hour whale watching tour with Friends of Moby Dick in Húsavík – and it was absolutely amazing! 🐋💙
We were so lucky with the weather in October and got to see many whales up close. The tour was very well organized, and the marine biologist on board was fantastic – she shared so much interesting knowledge, explained the behavior of the whales, and even recognized individual ones by their fins.
What I appreciated most was the respectful and mindful way the animals were treated – no chasing or getting too close, just observing them calmly in their natural environment.
A wonderful experience I can highly recommend to anyone who wants to see whales in a responsible and unforgettable way. 🌊🐋
