All of the above is computed from Reykjavik Bike Tours's own 8 product records, not from a questionnaire. Fleet size and typical group sizes are the figures a comparison table usually shows; Bókun does not carry them, so we would be guessing, and we would rather leave a gap than fill it in.
From the operator's own Bókun vendor record. The year is when the company's registration number was issued, which is the closest thing to a founding date that can be checked at skatturinn.is; the brand may be older or younger than the company. Their own site: icelandbike.com — same price there as here.

Had a wonderful time on the Nature of Reykjavik bike tour - saw so many beautiful places! Our guide, Adam, was very knowledgeable of the historical and natural sites along the route, answered all our questions, provided recommendations for food (I have celiac so it was nice to have some advice on both places to avoid and that can accommodate dietary restrictions),... We had a smaller group so there was some flexibility in where we stopped and the overall route we took, catering to the groups interests and past experiences. This was my 3rd time in Iceland but some of the other's first time, so I really appreciated that he was flexible and took the time to ask.

I needed to rent a good quality bike to cycle coast to coast across Iceland as part of an organised event in Aug 2026. Tomas and Iga were both really easy to communicate with before my rental to make sure I got exactly the right bike for me. The price was very good and the bike they supplied me was perfect for the job at hand. It was freshly serviced, had new good quality racing tyres and was rapid to ride. Thanks to their help, support and supplying the right bike I was the fastest rider in our group and crossed the island in just 6 days seeing some remarkable sights along the way. Thanks Reykjavik Bike tours for looking after me and supporting my endeavours.

We had an amazing tour for 3 people this weekend, with Adam as our guide. This was our first visit to Iceland, and the bike tour was the perfect way to learn about the rich and diverse natural beauty surrounding Reykjavik. Adam added so much more, sharing insights into local life, food, history, and arts. A delightful tour. Highly recommended. (Some may find e bikes are needed as there were a just one or two fairly steep hills along the route.)

Can I give more than five stars? We did the Classic Reykjavik Bike Tour and they were from the start they were great. The registration, with Iga, was friendly and easy, and when we needed to make changes, they were very flexible. Once tour day arrived, the bikes were ready and all in good shape. Then, we met our guide George. He is the tops. He knows Reykjavik history well and tells it in a funny and engaging way. He knows his way around town and was very attentive to all riders (he was able to handle a group of fourteen riders, by himself, through the crowded streets of Reykjavik! An amazing feet by itself). We enjoyed all the stops, with George's narrative being both informative and comedic. We highly recommend this tour!

No. We sell Reykjavik Bike Tours's tours at the price they set, through their own booking system, so the seat costs the same here as on their site. What you get here in addition is one checkout for every tour in your trip, whoever runs it, and one place to turn if plans change.
None of the 8 Reykjavik Bike Tours tours we sell includes a hotel pickup. Each tour page gives the meeting point — they start from Reykjavík.
Their departures we sell start from Reykjavík. Check the map on each tour page for the exact meeting point.
Guidance is in English, according to their own product records. Where a tour is audio-guided rather than led by a person, the tour page says so.
Yes, on 1 of their 8 tours, the lowest being 15. The rest set no minimum. The planner filters by your youngest traveller if you give it ages.
4.8 out of 5 on Google from 135 reviews of the company. That is the operator's score, not a rating of any one tour; our own guests' reviews of their tours, where we have them, are shown on this page and on the tour pages.
Not sure which of these fits your dates? The planner checks real departures and builds the day around them.
